Please check all areas where a delivery may have taken place (community mailbox, front desk of an apartment building, a neighbour's house). If the order has not been found, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you as quickly as possible. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, we will refund any shipping fees and open an investigation with Canada Post, who delivers all of our packages.
My tracking number shows that my package should have been delivered by now but I haven’t received it. What do I do?
