Yes, exchanges must be made within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original receipt (packing slip). Exchanges can be done at your nearest Bluenotes location. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with merchandise tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt. Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable.
